Internet Champion Kid was shown on screen with the Lady's Champion Lacy Velvet on his arm and the Phatals, Johnny Wave, & Max Payne behind him. Kid: "William Stevens, you try to push me into your shadow in the N.E.W. If anything I should of been the leader, I've won more World titles than you have won titles in your whole career. But I turned back to my long time friends, Jax & Donny. And with the addition of Payne and Wave, the Phatals will take out Cash Inc. and the N.E.W. at Pain."

Roger Stevens & Jorge Sanchez were ringside and welcomed everyone to tonight's show as "Riot Time" by Powerman 5000 played in the background. They announced that the main event will be GQ v. Mike Hawk to determine who will face Virgil Walker for the World Championship at Pain.

The Phatals (Johnny Wave & Max Payne w/ Lady's Champion Lacy Velvet) def The Panthers (Sean Creed & Josh Styles) following a sit-out powerbomb from Payne on to Styles.

Garret Sayne def Intercontinental Champion De'Ron King following the In-Sayne in a non-title contest.

Cash James was shown walking with the World Tag Team Champions, Ken Prime & Razor Steel, through the back on the way to the ring.

World Tag Team Champions Ken Prime & Razor Steel wrestled Jeff Crimson & Honda Yamato to a no-contest in a non-title match when members of the Phatals, Jax & Donny, ran down to interfere. Prime & Steel brawled with the Phatals through the arena. When the fight spilled to the back Johnny Wave & Max Payne helped their Phatals members out. Matt Cain and Jack Manson came to the aid of their teammates. Kid came out and took out Cash Inc. with a steel chair.

When the show came back from break Stevens and Sanchez announced that it's official, PWF Chairman Chris Daniels has added the Phatals to the "Faction Battle" at Pain. The Card will be revealed in two weeks on Adrenaline.

Team Canada (Ryan Rage & Steve Storm) def a local tag team following the Canadian Destroyer. After the match Steve Storm grabbed the microphone. Storm: "We'll sit back and let The Phatals, Cash Inc., and the N.E.W go at each others throat. But when the dust settles, we're up next for a shot at the World tag titles. Bottom line."

The World Champion Virgil Walker was shown making his way to the ring to do guest commentary for the upcoming #1 Contender's match.

GQ def Mike Hawk following the Luxury Driver to become the #1 Contender to the World title. After the match Virgil Walker got in a stare down with GQ. Walker raised the belt as the show went off.
